Contact Us
Webgame Arcades is a small operation — the games, the site and the write-ups are all made by the same people who read this inbox. There is no ticket system and no support bot behind it. If something is broken, if a puzzle looks unsolvable, or if you want to tell us what to build next, email is the way through.
Get in touch
We read every message. Replies usually go out within a few days, though a detailed bug report on a specific game can take longer if it needs reproducing first.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can act on it:
- A clear description of your question or issue
- The name of the game, or the page address, if it is a bug report
- Your device and browser — a control that fails on iOS Safari often works fine on desktop Chrome, and knowing which one you are on narrows it down immediately
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot if the problem is visual, such as a board that renders wrong or text that overlaps
Topics we handle
- Game bugs — a game that will not start, a control that does not respond, a score that did not save, or a level that cannot be completed. These get priority; a broken game is worse than a missing one.
- Game suggestions — a mechanic, a genre, or just the kind of session you wish you had. Several games in the current library began as a request from a player.
- Site issues — broken links, pages that will not load, layout problems on a particular screen size, or anything in the write-ups that is factually wrong.
- Privacy and data requests — access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR or CCPA. Details of what we do and do not hold are in the Privacy Policy.
- Content and copyright — if you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us what and where, and we will take it down while we look into it.
- Advertising and partnerships — questions about the ads on this site, or about working together.
Before you write
A few of the most common questions already have answers on the FAQ page — whether the games are free, whether you need an account, whether scores are saved, and how the site handles cookies. Every game also has its own page explaining the rules and controls in full, reachable from the Info button beside the game itself, which is usually the quickest way to settle a "how is this supposed to work" question.
